Sinus dairy’s separation equipment continuously divides the milk between cream and skimmed milk. The separation is performed by a centrifuge which is designed specifically for this purpose. After separation the cream and skimmed milk can be standardized by mass-flow indication.

Our systems can be supplied as stand-alone units, as a fit-in unit in existing systems or as a turn-key solution with complete operating system.
